Q. What is a Brush Studio class like?
A. In a relaxed social group setting an artist will guide you through replicating the nights featured painting step by step. There is no experience necessary and by the end of the evening you will be amazed at the artwork you have created.
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
A. Yes we do! Please call us for details!
Q. How do I sign up and what do I need to do in advance?
A. We highly suggest that you sign up in advance due to classes selling out. There are two ways to sign up, online or over the phone. Click on the tab above that says Calendar and find the date/painting you are interested in. Register online and follow the payment option, or give us a call and we can get you taken care of over the phone.
Q. What is the cost and what is include?
A. For regularly scheduled classes the cost is between $30-35. This includes everything! We provide the 16x20 Canvas, paint, brushes, easels and aprons.
Q. How long are the classes?
A. The classes last between 2 and 2 1/2 hours.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Although we do provide aprons, we cannot be held responsible for the occasional paint spill on a new dress! The acrylic paint is hard to get out so we recommend wearing something you wouldn’t mind getting paint on.
Q. Can I bring in food?
A. Brush Studio supports our fellow local businesses, including the tasty restaurants to satisfy your cravings! We can have food catered in for you. We'll even order you food the night of your class! You are able to bring in food for yourself or your group, but we need to know about it. Many classes are sold out, so space is limited. We need to plan for your platters!
Q. What time should I get there?
A. We recommend that you arrive about 15 to 20 minutes early. This way you can get registered and seated, so class will start on time!
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We ask you to give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations should be made online or over the phone. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space. We will charge the class fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance.
Q. When do the schedules come out?
A. Our schedules come out about six weeks in advance. Join our email list at the bottom of our homepage and you will get the calendar sneak peak a few days before it is posted to the website.
Q. Do you provide alcohol?
A. Yes! We proudly serve beer and wine. We have wine by the glass for $5 and by the bottle starting at $15 for our house wine.
Q. Can I bring my own?
A. No. As much as we love a good party our first priority is your safety. We do not allow BYOB as a way to make sure we are safely serving our customers.
Q. There is a specific painting I want to paint, how often are they repeated?
A. We want to hear from you! If there is a specific painting you missed and have been waiting for please email us and let us know. We will try and get it in the next calendar update. Depending on the popularity of a painting, it could be repeated up to three times a month.
Q. If I come with a group or even just a friend can we sit together?
A. Of course! Just make sure you let us know when making your reservation and we will be sure to seat you together.
